Distracted driving is a dangerous epidemic on America’s roadways. In 2013, the number of Texas crashes involving distracted driving totaled 94,943, up 4 percent from the previous year. The message is simple: if you’re on the road, stay off the phone! The Texas Municipal Police Association has teamed up with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to present a free, two-hour Distracted Driving course to Texas drivers. Please join us and thousands of other Texas drivers who have already taken the course as we make an effort to save lives. In order to truly combat the problem, we must change attitudes.

PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE 2 HOURS OF FREE TRAINING
